MADO began in the mountains of Kahramanmaraş, where snow was packed into ice houses and churned with wild orchid root into the world's first stretchy ice cream. Three centuries and 300+ locations later, that same recipe arrives in Nairobi — alongside a full Turkish kitchen of grills, mezze, künefe and baklava.
